There are plenty of reasons to oppose State Rep. Dave Williams’ (R-Colorado Springs) anti-sanctuary bill. Sanctuary cities are safer than non-sanctuary cities, undocumented immigrants are less likely to commit crimes than U.S. citizens, and the bill would place an unfunded burden on local law-enforcement, to name a few. But I want to focus on something else: hypocrisy.

Here she is taking Trump to task for saying he would destroy the career of a state legislator when a Sheriff complained she was trying to pass legislation against civil asset forfeiture.

Joshua Hosler is a candidate for GOP Vice-Chair of El Paso County. In a Facebook post Sunday, he detailed how he walked out of his church when his priest read a bible verse relating to refugees. Although he doesn’t specify which verses the priest read, it is likely this one, which is fairly unequivocal:

State Sen. Vicki Marble (R-Ft. Collins) is no stranger to racial controversy. She came under fire in 2013 when she reinforced the stereotype of African Americans eating fried chicken as a reason that many of them live in poverty. In the same rant, she proclaimed that Mexican Americans eat vegetables until they move to the United States, despite the fact that Mexico has a higher rate of obesity than the United States.
With rumors that Derrick Wilburn may take a run at State Chair of the Colorado GOP, I thought it might be useful to take a look at the type of things he believes. In this instance, he posted his thoughts about liberalism and parlayed them into a chance to launch a sideways attack on one of the most vulnerable groups of people in our society—transgender citizens.
The Colorado Senate GOP spokesperson Sean Paige is known to have a penchant for stretching the truth. That’s something that comes with being a rigid ideologue and a hyper-partisan, but when I read post below, I guffawed at the brazen nature of it. No new homes are being built? Really?
