What’s Enough

“It’s just a little bit of chlorine in your water

… just a little bit of heavy metals in your food

…[radon daughters in your air]

…fragrance in your perfume

…benzene in your sunscreen

…just a little bit of [Red 3 in your processed foods]

…phthalates in your plastic toys

…BPA in your plastic bottles

…just a little bit of fluoride in your drinking water

…[nanoplastics in your breast milk]”

Patriarchy

is poisoning the people

with its for profit

corporations

You have to

look at the levels these things occur

Tiny amounts of

                        toxic things are not

harmful — for example, fruits naturally

have formaldehyde

       This doesn’t make fruits

                                             bad for you

eComment4

Indeed! Alcohol is also

poisonous yet people lap it up

like there’s no tomorrow

eComment5

And isn’t that the principle of

homeopathy

& the Jack Mueller’s dictum:

“All power to the paradox.”

That a little bit of bad may be

good for you — depending on the dosage?

Still

given the toxic burden our bodies’ve

been buying & selling & pocketing since

those first atomic bombs detonated over

Alamagordo * White Sands * Bikini Atoll

Who can imagine rising

levels of glyphosate et al

in bones & blood

bode well for our species?
