GOP Candidate’s Political Director Posts Anti-Semitism, Conspiracies & Calls for Violence

Gabe Evans’s Political Director Jessica Spindle, who has worked with the congressional hopeful for years, has been an avid purveyor and sharer of anti-semitic conspiracy theories. In June, Spindle posted the infamous “Freedom of Humanity” mural which depicts antisemitic caricatures of Jewish bankers playing a board game on the backs of nude figures. In addition, Spindle has posted memes signaling her belief in QANON-related conspiracy theories.

El Paso County voters have a real chance of electing Democrats to the Board of County Commission, a body that has been dominated by Republicans since the Nixon era. Two Fountain City Councilpersons Detra Duncan (D) and Cory Applegate (R) are vying to represent District 4 which is comprised of Southeast El Paso County. There are stark differences between the candidate’s views on immigration and healthcare.
