During a campaign stop this morning, Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, State Treasurer Dave Young, Lieutenant Gov. Dianne Primavera, and State Board of Education candidate Kathy Plomer urged about 50 people at Balfour at Riverfront Park, a retirement community near Commons Park in Lodo, to get their ballots turned in before 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
The Democratic candidates arrived in a blue bus, labeled “Moving Colorado Forward,” and spoke to the group inside the building for about a half hour about issues ranging from health care and retirement security to education and state parks.
