In a critical election year, the Colorado Secretary of State (SOS) is ensuring as many ballots as possible get counted–including minimizing signature discrepancies that can disqualify ballots if not corrected.

In an effort to expand voting access, the Colorado Secretary of State’s (SOS) office has announced that it will provide funding for counties to open Voter Service and Polling Centers (VSPCs) on November 1, the Sunday before Election Day.

Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold announced a program yesterday to provide funding for up to 100 additional ballot-drop boxes for the November General Election.  

State officials are urging younger Coloradans to get involved in the election process, as a new generation of temporary, paid poll workers is likely needed to replace older people who may not be able to participate due to their vulnerability to COVID-19.
