Monument Mayor Subject of Ethics Complaint
The Colorado Independent Ethics Commission (IEC) has deemed a complaint filed against Monument Mayor Mitch LaKind nonfrivolous, and, according to the IEC’s Rules of Procedure, will begin an investigation.
