Lindell, who is facing a defamation lawsuit from former Dominion Voting Systems executive Eric Coomer, is one of the handful of election conspiracists still pushing claims that the 2020 election was stolen from former Donald Trump.

Last week, a sentence was handed down in a case that has taken more than three years to conclude. Rebecca Lavrenz – perhaps the most prominent of the 17 Coloradans arrested for participating in the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol – will not face jail time. Lavrenz, who has been dubbed the “J6 Praying Grandma” in right-wing social media circles, was convicted in April on four misdemeanor counts stemming from her participation in the Capitol attack. Instead of incarceration, the 72-year-old was sentenced to one year of probation, six months of house arrest, and a $103,000 fine. The judge also barred Lavrenz from using the internet during her six months of house arrest.
A bill passed by the Colorado Legislature this year that adjusts taxpayer refunds will benefit high earners but decrease refunds for most Colorado taxpayers.

According to a recording of the event obtained by the Colorado Times Recorder, Shull raised concerns about the impact the email is having on the Senate District 6 race.
Last week, state Sen. Mark Baisley (R-Roxborough Park) claimed in a Facebook post that recent images of Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign rallies were “AI generated.” Baisley posited that these videos violate Colorado’s Candidate Election Deepfake Disclosures Act, and should be reported to Colorado Secretary of State Jenna Griswold.

Colorado Republican Rep. Brandi Bradley recently announced her plans to lead a new Moms for Liberty chapter in Douglas County.
