Parents for Trans Kids Canvass — 2 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. — address provided upon RSVP
From the organizers: “This November, Colorado voters will decide two ballot measures that sound simple but aren’t. They are being sold as measures about fairness and safety — but the fine print tells a different story, and voters deserve to know it before they vote. One is so vague that it could subject any kid, in any sport, from kindergarten through college, to invasive verification just to prove they belong on the field. The other hands medical decisions that belong to families and doctors over to politicians — and could block care for kids who aren’t even transgender, including teens fighting cancer. That’s where you come in. Join PFLAG Denver and Families Not Politics for a community canvass and help us have real conversations with Colorado voters about what these measures actually do. Our research is clear: when voters hear the full picture, they move — but it takes volunteers and parents like you, at the doors, making the case. No experience needed. We’ll kick things off with training and a team briefing before heading out together, and you’ll leave with everything you need to have a confident, meaningful conversation. Wear comfortable shoes, bring water, and come ready to talk with your neighbors.”
No Fascists and No Kings Protest — 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. — West 120th Avenue & Sheridan Boulevard, Broomfield

Say No to Hudson ICE Camp Protest — 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. — Hudson Town Hall, 50 Beech St., Hudson

Community members have been attending Town Council meetings inside to ask questions during public comment. Join the Hudson community in peaceful protest outside town hall to demand investigation, transparency, and protect our innocent neighbors!”
